Edit the subtitles and make it easier to understand

My anime dvd has inconsistent and terrible translated subtitles. I was wondering if there's any way to edit the subtitles and make it easier to understand?

 

How can I change map language without changing phone language?

Right now when we use maps in Thailand, the names of places on the maps and on the search function will display blank squares. There is similar problem in discussion for Latin scripts the work around should work for Thai language but I have not tried it.



Can I suggest another way? Why not have the Nokia Map translate the names on the fly and let the user view either the original or in the phone installed language. It would be highly useful for the user to receive the search results in the language that he
or she used to search.



I can see from the postings that this is a old problem that has not had any progress for a long time maybe this new prospective may offer a new, perhaps better solution? Other than maps this translate app could in fact be linked to other apps to offer new
solutions to cross language applications. Most of the translators in the market only offer their app as a stand alone translator. With this solution that I propose the new app will be able to link to other apps to use translate functions, for example SMS,
twitter and game apps. But I suppose that nokia would need app writers to pay license or development fees to make their apps work under the translator app. A revenue generating app would make things move along faster than a free app.
