Windows 10: New Settings layout isn't showing up.

Discus and support New Settings layout isn't showing up. in Windows 10 Customization to solve the problem; Windows has updates its settings app layout which looks good, it has some account information and Windows security information but sadly my settings...     New Settings layout isn't showing up.


    Windows has updates its settings app layout which looks good, it has some account information and Windows security information but sadly my settings app has that same old look. I'm on Windows 10 v2004.


    I tried searching over internet but in vain.


    Help me out, please.

    Keyboard settings (UK layout not working)

    I have a UK layout keyboard (shift + 2 is "), but my computer insists on using US layout (shift + 2 is @). I use a Corsair STRAFE keyboard.

    • In iCue (Corsair keyboard app), the layout is set to UK.
    • In Settings app, the system language is English UK. The Preferred language is English UK, and the keyboard has one layout, English UK.
      • If I add a US keyboard to it, and use Win + Space, two options show up to cycle through:
        • English (UK) - US Keyboard
        • English (US) - US Keyboard
    • In Control Panel main menu, there is only 'Clock and Region,' not 'Clock,
      Language      , and Region.'
    Please any help would be great!

    That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

    At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

    New Settings layout isn't showing up.

    Is it possible to set up a new manual wifi connection from the command line?

    I'm trying to work out a solution to set up ad-hock wifi connections in Windows 8.1 based on the suggestions in a post on Micsrosoft's answers site. Is there any way to do the first few steps:

    • go to "Network and Sharing Center"
    • click "Set up a new connection or network"
    • double click "Manually connect to a wireless network"
    • enter the SSID of the ad-hoc network (as shown by "netsh wlan show networks") into the "Network name" field
    • configure security settings accordingly
    • uncheck "Start this connection automatically" (important)

    ...without using the windows dialogs?
