Windows 10: new setup locked

Discus and support new setup locked in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; new pc locks at let microsoft and apps use your location. if i switch off and start again it locks in the same place have tried 4 times please help!...     PC Build Steps

    Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval
    • Install system in case
      • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
    • Turn on PC
    • setup HDD
    • run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
      • run realtemp at the same time
    • While in Prime95 test
      • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
      • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
      • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!
    What do you guys think??

    We need few information.

    • What is the Windows 10 version?
    • Did you made any recent changes on the PC?
    • Does the lock screen picture changes all the time?

    We would suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below and let us know if that helps.

    1. Press Windows and I from the keyboard.
    2. Click on Personalization, then click
      Lock screen from the left pane.
    3. Set the Background as
      picture      , select the picture you want to setup under Choose your picture.

    new setup locked

    Cortana Setup Failure

    I open Microsoft Edge and am presented with the opportunity to setup. I proceed to step 2 which is Cortana. I sign in with my Microsoft ID and password and am presented with a request for another password (supposedly an old password). If the screen doesn't
    lock up, I enter my password again and am told that it isn't any good. So ----- I am unable to setup Cortana or proceed beyond that step.

    Any suggestions?
