Windows 10: "New Share" option is missing on right click in local computer management\system...

I want to add a folder that I created as a subfolder of my "Users\me" subfolder and add it to This PC-listed folders.So I tried using computer management and went to the section: local computer management\system tools\shared folders\Shares.Then I right-clicked on the empty space where the shares are listed:C$ C:\ Default share IPC$ Remote IPC print$ C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\drivers Printer Drivers ADMIN$ C:\WINDOWS Remote Admin Users

new option is missing from right click option in windows 7

When I right click on the mouse the new option is missing from the list. I have seen a video where he suggest to make changes in the regedit, But the Context Menu items is missing from my shell

 

Cannot access shared network drive

I could scream! so much time wasted on this stupid error, as if time is not precious enough!
It probably would work fine if I could see the other computer! But I cannot see the other computer!

 

Computer Sleep Option Missing in Settings

The Settings Power and Sleep menu in Settings should list Screen and Sleep, where Sleep is used to tell when the PC goes to sleep. Sleep is missing, so my computer never sleeps. Fast startup and Hibernate are not enabled.

I used Tutorial Add or Remove Sleep in Power menu in Windows 10 to change the registry while in administrative mode, but sleep still is not seen.


HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FlyoutMenuSettings now lists :1: It was 0 before the change.






I cannot get a large image, so will type

I used Option 3 to add sleep using the Group Policy Editor. The steps seemed to work fine, but sleep is still missing.

I’m using a “new” refurbished Dell T3500 workstation with mbr running the current version of win10. I have a number of these computers, and the other all have the normal sleep mode .

Any suggestions? Jim
