Windows 10: New SSD -->Format every drive/partition -->reinstalling win10 --> recovery error when...

Hello friends! I would really appreciate if you could help me out.The subject says it all but to give more details, I reinstalled windows on the SSD that was my D drive I wanted to be the C drive now its the C drive and my previous mechanical drive that used to have windows on it, became the D drive.Also, I get to the recovery screen when I reboot. If I press:"Enter" does nothing "F1" reboots but goes back to the same recover screen I tried 3 times"f8" does nothing"Esc" reboots and I reach the BIOS screen and when I save and exit, I can go on windows normally I bypass the recovery scr

What I wanted

• Remove the recovery partition
• Use a recovery drive

My view now is that the best solution is

• The migration software will not copy the recovery partition - effectively removing it from the SSD
• Use a recovery drive. (I will use the control panel utility to put recovery tools on a usb flash drive - giving me a recovery drive to use.)

I believe my question is answered. Thank you for your help.

 

Intel SSD Caching Error

I believe it's Win10 recovery. I was considering deleting it, but do I need the "winre" data on it that I saw when I accessed it? If my OS is ever a goner I'll just reinstall, that's what backups are for, as long as Win10 will boot/run fine without it.

Edit: deleted the partition, tried with my main partition all the way extended or with 20mb free space on end, with windows defender off, diskpart clean on the ssd, initializing with mbr or gpt, on a clean reboot with no extra software running, same error!
