Windows 10: New Surface laptop 2 Windows 10 has more than one Settings app running? Uses 10% of my battery.

Have recently switched from Mac laptop back to Windows (Surface Laptop 2) and began investigating my battery usage as I expected it to be slightly better. First notable consumption is Chrome, but I expected that. Second is the settings app which is using 10%, when expanded it reports, "Multiple versions installed". Second one reports less than 1% usage but I do wonder why its there to begin, is it a throwback from earlier Windows versions?

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
