Windows 10: New system build and fresh Windows 11 Pro install keeps getting BSOD. Asus X870E, 32G...

All hardware and memory tests run clean. No malware actually started failing before connection to Inet. DMIS and SFC run ok also. Tried different keyboards and or mouse. Seems to be stable as long as I don't us it and leave it in standby. In use I can only get about 5 minutes then a crash. Here is the latest bug check : 0x0000000a 0xfffff884e13f5000, 0x00000000000000ff, 0x00000000000000de, 0xfffff804e13f57d0.Many were code 50 error

What additional steps are required to get Windows 11 Pro install by USB drive on a new build system with X670-P chipset and a Ryzen 7950X cpu?

I keep getting the "this system does not meet minimum requirement" even though the CPU and Chipset are listed as compatible. I have checked the Bios and TPM 2.0 is on in the settings. This is a new built system with blank hard drives.
