    Please run MemTest86+ as suggested.
As I said, 6h means nothing, in 6h the amount of passes varies for many users, that is why passes are more important!

Each pass of MemTest86+ includes 10 different tests on a small amount of memory. 8 passes is 80 tests total, 10 tests on different amounts of memory that has proven to be much better as MemTest86+ has found errors in more situations where MemTest86 simply failed. The errors MemTest86+ finds aren't 'false' as with every replacement of memory (or motherboard in bad situations) the problem was gone whereas with MemTest86 it is often the opposite, that is the case in experience with hundreds (maybe thousands) of users we helped.

Please just follow the provided suggestions, the hardware test suggestions are chosen for reasons.

And where do I get an UEFI compatible bootable iso of Memtest86+? Because the one on their site from 2013 doesn't seem to be UEFI compatible and I cant get it to work / select from my tablets bios.

Another bsod, where I thought tablet was stable over the past days, after I down-clocked the ram from 1600 to 1066 Mhz... was it again a corruption or something else?

When booting MemTest86+ sometimes a requirement is to change to legacy boot mode + disable fast startup.

Fastboot is off but there is no legacy boot option to be found, mostly cant change that on the tablets bios. The bios does not find the stick bootable, like I said, mostly because it's not UEFI boot compatible and the tablet just accepts those. That was reason why I used memtest86 btw because it supports UEFI.

It's a tablet?? Meaning no PSU, cooling and other used stuff like mouse, keyboard, monitor, case, etc.
The rest was already included in that zip file by that other tool via msinfo dxinfo. Also I told you already before you don't need to talk to me like I am a "newbie". I am a software developer. It's a x5-8300, you wont get any more information like that. The RAM has no JEDEC.

Please put the information in your 'My System Specs'

I know, it is my generic post when I need system specs, focused on desktops, I forgot to edit it though that is a bit difficult when posting from a phone.

I do not always have access to the data, when I don't I do not know what hardware you have.

I talk to everyone like this, to some I talk more technical when they have shown that they understand it.
If you don't want to provide more details then I don't see a reason for me to continue troubleshooting, you're lucky I'm persistent but I do not go through this much trouble anymore for system specs.
