  1. New Task Manager Too Complex To Use

So this is how the new Task Manager Looks like:It shows tons of information on almost all the processes that are running.Compared to the old Task Manager, which looks like this:is easier to look at as it only shows the programs with active windows or minimized on tray.Whenever I want to end a process with the new Task Manager, I find it time-consuming to scroll through hundreds of processes just to find the unresponsive app.Can we add a simple view to the new Task Manager?

    :)

No restart button in task manager

another easy way to kill tasks, download and install Winaero Tweaker(free) and theres a setting to add a Kill non responding tasks using the desktop right click menu. When you place your cursor on the desktop anywhere and right click the option is at the top of the list, Very handy and you dont have to go through all those steps and well Winaero Tweaker has alot of cool Windows tweaks. Just posting a different suggestion, Im sure your ok with what was suggested here.

Windows 10 - cannot add exec to Startup in Task Manager

I purchased a new computer with Windows 10 already installed. I am trying to add an exec to the startup list but Win10 will not accept it. The exec runs successfully on my Windows 10 machine if I start it manually.

Steps I've taken: Task Manager, Startup Tab, File>Run New Task. (browse to location, select.) It will start immediately, but does not show up on the list to autostart, nor does it start on reboot.

    Any suggestions?

  4. New Task Manager Too Complex To Use

    Task Manager

    Hi Nhaz_610,

In the current version of Windows Phone, there is a built-in simple Task Manager that is accessed by pressing and holding the Back button. This will bring up a visual task manager that allows you to switch between open apps.

Anything more complex would be a security violation on the current OS and the only other (non-suggested) route is to run a hacked ROM, but you're leaving yourself open to who knows what.

Considering that Windows Phone 8 is built upon the Windows RT Core, I would hazard a guess that we will (hopefully) see a more advanced Task Manager in it.

In the meantime, you can check the

    this feature up
(as I'm sure it has already been suggested) ... Microsoft is listening!!!!

    I hope this helps!
