Windows 10: New Teams Client creates black screen on 3rd monitor

I have a 3-screen setup with a docking station that has worked for the past 2 years. I have used the old team's client with no issues. I recently updated to the new Teams desktop client interface, and I have found a bug. When the team's client is maximised on the 3rd screen, or a meeting is put on the 3rd screen, the screen goes black. When I drag another application over to that screen, the monitor starts operating again. I have performed the following checks: 1. Updated all drivers2. Updated Windows Cleared caches3. Tested with both DVI and HDMI interfaces same result4. Validated testing

New Teams

Hi,

With regard to your concern, you can add a new team on Cortana by following the steps below:

• Click Cortana or the circle icon.
• Click the Notebook icon, scroll down and click Sports.
• Click Add a team and start typing the name of a team.
• Select the results.

Note: If the the team does not show up in the list you cannot add it to the Notebook. We suggest that you send a feedback using Windows Feedback hub so we can take note of this feature for future updates.
