  1. New Unremovable Bluetooth Device & Driver

Hello everyone, I hope this is the right place, if not feel free to move this and I apologize. I don't know where it should go

Winver: version 1903 (OS Build 18362.778)

I recently was sitting at my PC just playing a game when suddenly my PC said it was bluetooth pairing an iPhone, a device which I don't have. I also didn't have pairing/discovering turned on. I was using Sophos Antivirus at the time
I was using my bluetooth WH1000XM2s at the time as well, but they are headphones and have been paired long before this

After I navigated to the bluetooth area, it was done pairing, showing up as "CSR GAIA". I clicked Unpair and my PC bluescreened. I went back, and now it is called Bluetooth Radio. It's no longer bluescreening if I select it, but ever since this incident, I have had an unremovable driver under Other Drivers called "CSR GAIA TM" and an un-unpairable device called "Bluetooth Radio". I remove it and reboot and it's always back again. I would really like to remove this

Here is the DMP file from the crash (I didn't know whether I should post this in Drivers or BSODs but just in case it is useful):
    031120-31812-01.dmp - Google Drive

When Googling CSR GAIA I haven't been able to find any solid info on it. I would appreciate any help I can get on this. Thank you & stay safe

    :)
