Windows 10: New update 0x80070643 error

how can i get rid of this error when updating, I am trying to find a solution in the web it looks like the threads are old and not updated

Try to apply the update manually As suggested by Microsoft. I just wrote a
step by step guide.

However be sure that the update itself is downloaded and that the installation part is failing, and not the downloading part.
