New upgrade to windows 10 multiple BSOD latest 0x00000133

Just upgraded today and was getting a lot of BSOD at first. Once i got all updates installed they settled down abit but are still occurring just not as frequently. Most of the time its a different error that comes up. the latest one 0x00000133 didn't have anything come up under bug string check in BlueScreenView. Any help would be much appreciated. They happen randomly so as soon as i boot up some after 10-30 minutes. It will also freeze without giving a BSOD and having to be manually restarted.
    the different BSOD codes are;INTERRUPT_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED, DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE, DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, DRIVER_OVERRAN_STACK_BUFFER, MEMORY_MANAGEMENT, IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

*sorry for the typo in the title

    :)

Windows 10 Blue Screen BSOD for 0x00000133 igdkmd64.sys and ntoskrnl.exe

I upgraded from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 but both my ThinkPads were running extremely slowly so I did a clean install on both today and both the ThinkPad Helix and ThinkPad Yoga 2 are getting constant BSOD's. Both are giving error 0x00000133 and both
are either caused by igdkmd64.sys or ntoskrnl.exe. I have tried installing the latest Intel HD graphics drivers from the Lenovo Support site and the Intel Support site but to no avail as the problems still continue. Does anyone have a solution for this yet?

Remove all software from IObit & Slimdrivers and use a restore point prior the use of them.
If you've used IObit & slimdrivers software before you upgraded, I recommend to do a clean install and only get the drivers from legimate sources.
Programs that claim to update your drivers install either the wrong or corrupted drivers.

You can use the Windows 7 key to activate Windows 10, but with an upgrade the hardware is registered on the servers of Microsoft so a key shouldn't be required.

New upgrade to windows 10 multiple BSOD latest 0x00000133

After 3 failed attempts at making a windows 10 boot drive (bsod halfway through) I decided to just use the windows 7 CD I already had and as soon as I got into windows I got a bsod error code 0x0000000a does this mean that the problem is hardware?

That chance is there yes, but make sure that you're up to date and install no program except for Microsoft Security Essentials. If it still crashes then we're facing hardware problems.

Yes, but I would recommend that you disable hardware acceleration

    • In the right upper corner, click on
New upgrade to windows 10 multiple BSOD latest 0x00000133 [IMG]
      and choose settings.
    • Scroll below and click on 'advanced settings', scroll all the way to the end of the settings.
    • In the part 'system' is the option to enable/disable hardware acceleration.
    • If this option is enabled disable it
