Windows 10: New USB Krom Kapsule microphone won't work

I just got a new microphone for my PC. My PC detects the microphone however it doesnt have any sound, multiple software detects it and says even the name of the microphone but I can't hear anything when testing it, I have tried the privacy settings, nothing, control panel shows that it detecta it but it has no level on the right side, the "levels" tab is completely empty, updating the driver also doesn't work. Is there any way to fix it?

when i put a usb on my n97 it won t charge when i put on the computer it won t say nokia pc suite or else it not reading the usb cannot work on my phone plz hel

This issue could have happened due to settings of your Microphone. To resolve your issue, we suggest that you check your Microphone is not disabled and set as default. You can follow these steps to check your microphone settings:

• Right click on the volume icon and select “Recording devices”.
• Now, right click on an empty space and select, “Show disconnected devices” and “Show disabled devices”.
• Select “Microphone” and click on “Properties” and make sure that the microphone is enabled.
• You may also check if the microphone that you are using is set as default.
