Windows 10: New version of zoom not working

Hi everyone.In the last 2 weeks I've been experiencing lots of issues with zoom. I think after I started using the lattest version - 5.6.7. Before, it worked fine. And today I've used my work laptop for a zoom call and it went well, but it was version 5.0.3. Anyone know why this is happening? It just freezes and I can't hear or see anything. Thanks.

Zoom for Microsoft Surface 8.1

I searched online help and was told to white list zoom but the pictures and step by step do match my 8.1 version. Please help as I need zoom to work remotely during these challenging times. Currently using Zoom on my cell phone. Be well and thanks for

  Is the issue specific to the Zoom app?

  Are you aware of any changes made to the computer prior to this issue?

  Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? Refer
  Which version of Windows operating
  system am I running?
  

I would suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the Zoom article

Testing computer or device audio and see if that helps.



However, I would also suggest you to get in touch with the
Zoom support team for further assistance with the issue.

Badly zoomed in on all Office products and Explorer

Hi,

I suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.

• If you have a mouse with a wheel, hold down the Ctrl key, and then scroll the wheel to zoom in or out.
• From the keyboard, you can increase or decrease the zoom value in 10% increments. To zoom in, press Ctrl + (+). To zoom out, press Ctrl + (-). To restore the zoom to 100%, press Ctrl+0.
