    New? Virtual Support Assistant


    Trying to help someone else on the forum, I stumbled across this. Click on start, type Contact Support. At the top of the list is Get Help - Trusted Windows Store App. Click on that. It opens a chat style virtual help assistant. How long has that been there? Seems to be pretty nifty to me. Although, it does seem to need a little bit more work *chuckle :

    I would like to have a slide show for my locked screen. But all of my pictures I want are in saved pictures. How do I make a slide show to put on my locks creen from saved pictures? I have already looked in setting and it is not helping me. So how do I

    Seems to default to an internet search very rapidly rather than drawing on a growing database of issues - consider by comparison how medical databases are set up to diagnose a set of symptoms and ask relevant questions for clarification to reach a likely diagnosis.

    (Think 'robot doctor').
