As mentioned in the subject line, I had to install a new HD which is an SSD. I installed New Win 11 Pro installation using my primary email, yet it has somehow grabbed one of my other email accounts to log into windows!How do I remove the other email and just use my primary email?*************************************************************I also have a terrble time logging into Microsoft, as it always says my passowrd is invalid, even after I have reset it. Why dos this happen??

unable to make my email alias a primary - no primary link appears to the right of the alias

There is no primary link next to my email alias to allow me to make it a primary as noted in the instructions. Any ideas? I am using Windows 10 Pro (not available to click in the drop down)

• Under Account aliases, click/tap on the Make primary link to the right of an added email alias you want
  to be your primary alias.

Note: The email alias at the top of the list without a Make primary link is your current primary alias.

 

Excel will not use Thunderbird to email spreadsheet on Windows 10 Pro

I was trying to keep it simple, she's not the sharpest knife in the drawer but kind natured.
If i could emulate what I can do thenwhen she gets twined up I can talk her step by step.

if we can't sort why Win 10 Excel won't see T-B as the main email client then we'll just have to go with your suggestion.

I should have said Win 10 pro 64 bit?
