Windows 10: new win10 update

got the new windows 10 update last evening, tookquite a while but came through eventually.

2 things

why do my online browser games which were working perfectly for years, now freeze 10 times a day

just a suggestion to microsoft if anyone knows how to contact them, why not tell us when the udate is done , just waht was updated or new or what effect, have absolutely no idea what it did, apart from freezing it doesnt seem to have made any difference at all

ty m/s forkeeping me in the dark, perhaps next year they will tell us what any new update is for, but i wont hold my breath

New Win10 update

After installing new Win10 update whenever I try to right click on anything (file, folder, icon, desktop my pc now hangs and displays not responding message anyone know how this can be fixed as my pc is now virtually useless

Problem appears to have sorted its self out don't know how, right clicked an icon got sick of waiting for circle to stop so just left it loading came back half hour later problem gone

 

Welcome to the forum. What type of games are they if there flash it's been a security risk for a while so now it's often blocked. Which browser are you using edge or is. Everyone new about the update and the next is autumn so you know in advance

Yes, some people are experiencing freezes having upgraded to the Creator's build. It seems the driver database used for the Creator's build isn't the same as that for the Anniversary build.

I find it quite worrying that upgrading (which is effectively enforced for Home users) can give rise to quite significant problems for some who were happy with the older build.
