Windows 10: New windows 10 install on my pc fails to setup windows hello and device manager shows...

I recently reinstalled Windows 10 Home 64bit on my pc.Everything goes smoothly until it asks for a windows hello pin. At which point it states "something went wrong, We weren't able to set up your pin, You can try again or skip this step and set up a pin later. Trying again has the same results.I then continued with the installation including updates without any further issues until I looked in Device Manager and saw a base device with a yellow warning icon. After looking up the hardware id VEN 8086, DEV 1911 it turns out to be "Xeon E3-1200 v5/v6 / E3-1500 v5 / 6th/7th Gen Core Processor Ga

Installing Windows 10 on New PC?

I'm going to be building a new PC on Christmas and want to install Windows 10 on it. I have Windows 10 on my current PC, which I installed upgrading from 8.1 with the files on a USB. How do I go about installing a clean copy of Windows 10 on this new PC? I think I recall something about installing it once makes Microsoft recognize your hardware, but since this will be a PC I'm not sure what steps I need to take. Do I need to go 8.1 -> 10 or is there a method of going directly to 10?
