Windows 10: New Windows 10 Theam

2 days ago i was lurking through microsoft store and i found out xbox series x windows 10 theme basicallt i like xbox series x black colour more than the ps5 white colour so i applied the theme and it was amazing . basically the images of air flow of xbox series x cooled my mind and it was very good you guys know where i am going . i request microsoft store to add windows 10 theme of RGB Gaming pc pls microsoft i like this black and colourful things

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
