Windows 10: New Windows 10 update: Subscription programs no longer open/ connect

Hello,

I just had a windows 10 update and now my programs that require connection to the internet to verify accounts or subscritions wont connect. These include Adobe Creative Suites, Autodesk and Outlook. I also cant open the "Windows Update" option. It only displays a blank page with the title: Windows Update at the top.

Its not an internet issue since I can open and use Chrome and Explorer, and search via the internet servers.


Please help.

  Press Windows logo key + R, type
  winver, then select OK.

Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
