Windows 10: New Windows 10 Version 1909 Broke After Updating and I Don't Know How to Fix It

This is a problem when I started to update my Windows 10 to 1909 finally, I've already had a similar issue to this before, and just reverted back to the prior version, but one of my applications wont start unless I update to it. So I begun updating, went to sleep, and the next morning I got on. Everything looked nice so far, but my start menu, and searchbar in the taskbar were broken and when I clicked on it nothing happened. I can still click on the start menu icon with the right mouse button and get to things from there. To try to fix the issue, I went to settings to see if I could just sign in with a local account instead. It seems that wasn't an option because settings just wouldn't load. I also tried to restart my computer, but it just looked worse when the screen went black for a few minutes, until finally loading everything with my desktop. I just want to have this issue fixed and use the new Windows update. And not to mention that everything does seem to load a bit slower. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Windows 10 1909 Causes Secondary Hard Drive to not be Recognized

Installing the Windows 10 1909 Update causes my secondary hard drive to not be recognized.

Steps to confirm issue:

• Secondary drive not visible in Windows Explorer
• Secondary drive not visible in device manager
• Secondary drive not visible in disk manager

Steps to replicate issue:

• Installing 1909 update

Steps to resolve issue:

• Uninstall 1909 update

Since updates can only be delayed for so long, an actual fix would be appreciated.

Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

I just bought a Samsung Focus AT&T Rev.1.3. It comes with OS version 7629. I don´t know wich version is that, NoDO? Mango? Third Pary apps just crash after I open them, help!
