Windows 10: New windows 11 22H2 Enterprise printing dialog does not load printing preferences

We are using an external plugin in our software that let as use the default printing dialog's of windows. Before the new printing dialog come we were able to load custom preferences every time we tried to print something. This still works if we change back to the OLD printing dialog. But for the NEW it doesn't work,it keeps loading the default settings every time independently of the "Let the app change my printing preferences" and they claim that is a win 11 22H2 bug. Is that so? have something changed from the windows side?

When printing in Notepad, the Print dialog displays "No preview available"

Hello, I am running Windows 11 22H2 (OS Build 22621.1105).

When I open a new Notepad file and type some gibberish in it like "1234567890" and then go to File > Print, the Print dialog loads but displays "No preview available".

Is this by design or is this indicative of a problem?

I would appreciate having a working preview in the Notepad print dialog if at all possible.

How to programmatically force use of the old print dialog in Windows 11 22H2

Please tell me how to programmatically force the use of the old print dialog in Windows 11 22H2 in C ++? For example, using the PrintDlgEx() and PrintDlg() functions also invokes a new print dialog instead of the old one. There is also a way to make an entry in the registry, but it is not suitable, because if the application crashes, it will not be possible to change the value back in the registry.
The problem with the new dialog is that it is incorrectly initialized: if the initial mode "print range" is selected, instead of the range for example "1-2" it is displayed simply "1-" without the last digit.
