Windows 10: New Windows 11 installation issue

I have a new Dell Vostro 3520 laptop. he was running with Windows 11 pro and everything worked fine.I had to do a fresh installation and I took this opportunity to change the storage settings in the BIOS from RAID to NVME. The installation was successful but when the operating system loaded everything became clear. Everything moved really slowly, the operating system can't update, it can't even find updates. Everything is slow and unusable. A complete failure. And I also tried to do a fresh install and change the BIOS back to RAID, so it couldn't find the drive anymore and this computer model

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

It's basically what I mentioned above, small issues here and there ,but nothing to end your day.. for the most part.

I know it's anecdotal, but for my experience 95% of the time it's perfectly fine. The issues I've run into wouldn't be enough for me to roll back , but they would be enough (had I not installed it yet) ,to avoid it for another couple weeks which is why I'm suggesting it to the OP
