Windows 10: new windows 11 laptop is now is buffering because its only at 10Mbps

Hello my HP windows 11 was running at 50Mbps since i got it 5 months ago. I am paying for 50Mbps then 4 days ago it is at 10Mbps. I did network adapter update but its still only at 10Mbps. I called HP tech support and they got into laptop and did their checking and said theres nothing wrong with hardwear. they said to contact microsoft to find out why my secuirty system is slowing down my pc. and i am using windows defender and microsoft security. so how do i get my network adapter to get the 50Mbps from my router/modem again so i dont get buffering anymore? thanks for the help

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

There are multiple reasons why your Movies and TV app buffers. I would like to know more information to isolate the concern:

• When did it start?
• What changes have you made prior to the issue.
• Is this happening to other streaming apps, like YouTube, Netflix, etc.?

In the meantime, I suggest that you perform the troubleshooting steps in this
