Windows 10: New Windows 11 PC. SharePoint Designer and InfoPath 2013 Login issues

I have a new windows 11 laptop. On my Windows 10 laptop, I could log into either app with no issues. I just installed both products. I open both products and check the logged in account and it's me. After failing to connect to a site or list based on the product, I logged out of each and attempted to login with my 365 accounts. I see this form:I enter my 365 account and hit next. Could not open SharePoint Designer from Edge

Hi,

When I am working on SharePoint 2013 with Edge, I occsationally need to open SharePoint Designer from SharePoint.

I don't know if I have ever indicate to Windows 10, but now it only switch to Office (descktop) rather than SharePoint Designer.

Is there a way to change this association?

Office 2007 products such as SharePoint 2007 are not certified compatible with Windows 10. You might want to try installing the free SharePoint Designer 2010 or 2013 versions:

2010 version:

Sharepoint designer not installing in windows 10

Upgraded from windows 8.1 to windows 10. Running Office 2016 (32 bit since my visio and project packages are still 2010 versions).

Want to install sharepoint designer 2013. 32 bit of course. However, running install ends in nothing happening. Just a files extracting bar and then...nothing. What is the problem?
