Windows 10: New Windows PC Blue screen errors

Hello!


I have a brand new PC and I have randomly been getting blue screen errors while doing different tasks.


Error:

SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION What failed: win32k.sys


What I have tried:

• Reinstalling windows
• Updating BIOS to newest version
• Updating all of my drivers: CPU, Display, Network, etc..
• Swapping out memory and GPU
• Tried running without GPU and a single stick of ram in each slot
• Running SSD and Ram page checks

Specs:

Intel I7 9700F

16GB ddr4 2666

Asus Prime H310m-er2.0

Gigabyte GTX 1070

Windows Version: 1909 Build 18363.836

Startup Blue Screen

Hi Jon,

Startup blue screen error(s) can occur if a problem causes your PC to shut down or restart unexpectedly. It could be due to the following:

• Outdated device software drivers
• Corrupted Windows update system files
• Software/Security conflicts

We would like to know some information:

• Did you get any blue screen stop error codes?
• Have you tried booting in Safe mode?

after monthes of running system it was fine then on windows 7 it blue screened after looking it over myself and getting advice from local pc shop they suggest upgrading os will fix the issue so I upgraded to win 8.1 and along followed the blue screens now again upgrading after more advice I'm on win 10 and the bluescreens followed as a bad pool error rebooting I have included the requested report please help as spending the $150 the local pc shop wants is my next step

  Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
  

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
