Windows 10: New Windows Update error with Code 0x80248007

I am Using Windows 11 System and I recently tried to latest Update and Since three weeks It is showing : Download error- 0x80248007, So you can See the what error is in the screenshot ; one thing more is my network connection is strong and it still not working , there is Install and Update problem also

Getting a Error code- 0x80248007

I have Windows 10 Home Single Language Version: 1909 (OS Build: 18363.900)

I am having this error code 0x80248007

SAMSUNG Electronics Co., Ltd. - USB - 2.16.14.0 - Error 0x80248007

I even ran a System File Checker scan but got the following:

Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.

I restarted the laptop and tried again for update but the same failure.

I used Windows Update troubleshooter but got that it didn't find any problem!

I again tried for update but again this error code!

I again restarted my laptop but the problem persists!

cannot download or install any updates.
