Windows 10: New windows update has totally f'd my icons, please help

Hi guys. My pc did an update overnight and all my icons have lost their placement and gotten spread out like this. Why can't microsoft make an update that doesn't break 20 things?

Would really appreciate some help reverting this to normal and repositioning my shortcuts where they were before.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

Totally Confused with Email

• Are you trying to create third user account in the mail app?
• Which email account have you configured with two accounts (live mail, outlook or Gmail etc)?
