Windows 10: New Windows Update Issues

I got the recent update for Windows 10. After updating, I can no longer access my files as the folder would crash after I open it. My screen also keeps blinking and changes from cool tone to warm tone. As it blinks, it would refresh the taskbar. The windows startup menu is also not accessible as well as the search option. I cant open any other app except Chrome, MS Teams and Word. I was hoping to uninstall the latest update however I cannot access the Settings as I cant open windows nor search for it. I don't even know what to do at this point.

Definitely not an issue with the Windows Servers as I just re-installed yesterday and got all my updates.

It works, but I still need to fix it so that way I dont have to plug computers directly to the modem to get windows update to work. It was also blocking me from installing directx.

It's basically what I mentioned above, small issues here and there ,but nothing to end your day.. for the most part.

I know it's anecdotal, but for my experience 95% of the time it's perfectly fine. The issues I've run into wouldn't be enough for me to roll back , but they would be enough (had I not installed it yet) ,to avoid it for another couple weeks which is why I'm suggesting it to the OP
