    New WIndows Update

I'm not quite sure of what to make of the New Windows Update options form Windows 10.

Is there an option to notify me when updates are available?

I never allowed Windows to simply install updates on it's own, I want to choose when to install them.

I haven't been able to install Windows 10 due to the following error: C1900101-20017. Any idea what this is and does it mean I'm out of luck?

I want to disable Driver Updates unless I permit them.

When I right click a device I see no Device Mainenance settings"

Any other pace where I can change these settings?

I'll have to look for the specifics when I get home, but it is on the hardware tab of advanced system properties under system in the old style control panel.

    Ah.
I found it in explorer Computer>System Properties and the Hardware tab.

I just wanted to have a say in my devices updates.
If Windows 10 insists on automatically install updates, that's ok.

Note : This will be with anything you plug into your PC ,USB or others, from even placing an icon in Devices and Printers. Meaning if do not have way of getting drivers for devices you use on PC.
