Hacked. Bank and credit card information being stolen.

I'm so sorry to hear you've been a victim of card fraud. Have you thought of changing your PIN on your card/s? That'd be a very good idea. Also, have you notified your bank that you're a victim of card theft? Normally, they'll remove the questionable charges
from your acct. You should notify them as soon as you know and always keep a close check on your accts. Maybe you could go in and talk to them about those other incidents.

There are different ways your card info. can be stolen. I've heard of instances where someone handed over their card at a restaurant to pay their check,
Edit: only to have their card info stolen. I've also read it's best to pay as credit, rather than scan your card through a machine and press in your
PIN. Those are just a couple things I've read along the way, so just some thoughts. Someone else may have something to add.

I'd think it more likely you could be a victim of card skimming fraud. It's gotten to be a major issue. This is a very recent article..

Changing credit card details when credit card has been stolen

I purchased a game through the WP store using my credit card. My credit card got stolen recently and I have been issued a new one.

The problems is when I go to update my credit card details at
https://commerce.microsoft.com it will only let me change my expiry date. As I have received a completely new card with a different card number, I need to change more than the expiry date i.e card number and CCV.

I have put my new credit card details as a separate payment option, but now I can't get the transaction to go through on my new card as the transaction is "stuck" on the old card. Is there any way to move the transaction to my new card?

 

Unable to change my credit card information

Hello the credit card account has been closed used to charge on marketplace and I tried to get in and change the information and it just keeps loading and won't bring me to the screen to change it. What do i do??
