Windows 10: Newest KB Update caused Extreme System Slow Down and Browser Crash(es) (KB4556799)

Hi All just making a quick post to warn you about the latest KB update and the troubles I had with it.

System Specs:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600

RAM: 16gb 3200 Hyper X Fury

Boot Drive: Samsung 970 Evo Nvme M.2 SSD

Windows Version after Roll Back: Windows 10 Pro 1909 (18363.8150)



Installed the update as the Auto Update downloader had downloaded it, i noticed that the wait for Network Feature was now working (Yay). After loging in in I was greeted by HDD like system responsiveness.



Applications refused to open or took 1-3+ Minutes to have their startup processes run.



Opening New Edge or Chrome caused the system to hang, once things were responsive again almost all my extensions crashed. Opening a New Tab would again cause the system to hang for multiple Minutes.



Uninstalling the Update through Control Panel returned System to a normal working State.
