Windows 10: Newest NPU driver32.0.100.3967 make Windows Studio Camera Studio Effects not working...

Old Intel AI Boost 32.0.100.3104 is working properly. There is no update driver for USB2.0 FHD UVC WebCam also.

Windows Studio Effects options not avaliable on the Camera APP

Good Day.

I got question need your help.

I have MTL-H platform with NPU + MEP driver installed, OS version 24H2, 26100.1, Camera V2024.2405.19.0.

The MEP function is functional in the Setting => Bluetooth&Device => Camera.

Execute the OS camera, there is Studio Effect on the top right with "Video" feature, but there is no Studio Effect with "Photo" feature.

Does Studio Effect only support on Video feature? If not, how to make Studio Effect enable on the Photo feature?
