    Newly Added User Account Suffers from Slow and Choppy Mouse Cursor


    I have a HP Omen 30L desktop computer that for a long time has only one user account for myself which is primarily used to play Steam games. Recently I added a new user account standard rights for my family member however when we log in we find the account suffering extremely slow speed such as choppy and unresponsive mouse cursors.Some info: the desktop computer comes with a C: and a D:. Most games are installed on DNewly Added User Account Suffers from Slow and Choppy Mouse Cursor :DATA. It is loaded with Windows 11.We tried some methods, such as shutting off account sync between devices and OneDrive sync. Graphic and mouse drivers are both updated to lat

    • Which is the new user account type you have created and facing these issue?
    Built in Administrator account

    Local Account

    MS Account

    2. Have you made any changes on these accounts after creating them?

    Not initially. Tried rebooting, removing and readding after a reboot. Tried adding via CLI and GUI interfaces

    After that I tried one of the suggestions and tried coping a good account over the newly created account. That did not work

    3. Does this issue persists on any specific user account?

    No it persists on all newly created accounts do not work

    4. What are the troubleshooting steps you have created in resolving the issue?

    Just the ones mentioned in Step 2

    5. Do let us know if you have any user account with no issues on your computer?

    only the initial account that was created when I upgraded to windows 10

    Windows 10 slow running performance when joined an AD and using an AD-Account

    We recently updated our teams infrastructure to Windows 10 within an AD.

    Everything works fine except:
    We're observing slow performance in some situations. First observed was it as our Post-Compiling Powershell skript within VS2017 ran slower than below Windows 7. Google was also not helpful - but by now we hadn't the time to investigate further. Now recently we updated our CI build farm, too (TeamCity as CI Server). There we saw increasing build times by over 100% - a build for reference took 7m33s before the upgrade, after it stays at 17m05s.

    Research here at StackExchange and google were not expressive.
    A little more research brought us the finding that if we run the Agent with an local account on the machine (still in AD) we're getting build times around 8m50s.

    The buildjob contains different MSBuild steps, nUnint runner and some powershell steps. No network activity - all is done locally on the agent. One MSBuild step took previously 36s and now 1m02s. Same with the NUint step - 30s vs 1m24s (all with the AD-User).

    Any suggestion where the problem is?
