    Newly Built PC, can't boot into Windows startup from USB


    Hello, I recently built a computer with the following parts: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/HBd4qR . Upon finishing building the PC and attempting to boot into the windows startup, I was greeted by a couple of things depending on the BIOS settings I chose. If I had CSM support off and chose to boot up the UEFI partition from my USB 3.0, I would be greeted with a distorted Windows logo with blue lines running across. I could press escape and the computer would simply restart and I would be greeted with the same thing. This same issue happened whether or not secure boot was on. If I had CSM
