Newly installed Microsoft all-in-one wireless media keyboard is sluggish

Hi guys, i bought this keyboard and tried on 2x different laptops - works sluggishly with 1st laptop but works well with 2nd laptop

Both laptops show different info under Device Manage Keyboard

1st laptop which is sluggish shows

2x HID keyboard device tried uninstalling but it reinstalled back on its own

1x Microsoft USB Duel Receiver Wireless Keyboard Mouse and Keyboard Centre *i installed this driver when it first discovered to be sluggish

    1x PC/AT Enhanced PS/2 Keyboard 101/102-Key

2nd laptop which works well when i simply plug-and-play the keyboard without need to install Microsoft Mouse & Keyboard Centre driver

    1x HID keyboard device

    1x PC/AT Enhanced PS/2 Keyboard 101/102-Key

So i suspect the problem with 1st laptop is the conflict of 2x HID + 1x Microsoft USB, which caused the laptop to *always play a sound as if plug in a new device whenever i try to type after a pause of 2min or less and that is when i get the sluggish response where typed keys didn't appear until a few millisecond after

How can i uninstall the 2x HID device without it reinstalling by itself?

    Or is my self-diagnosis wrong?

    :)
