Newly installed SSD in Dell Inspiron not found in the boot system

I have a relatively new Dell Inspiron 15 3511 laptop, less then 3 years. I have a boot problem after using a low voltage cable, and I changed the SSD with a new similar SSD.I made a bootable installation media an old SSD to install windows.I installed the new SSD in the laptop and tried to run the computer, but did not find in the boot system. So, I formatted it to NFTS GPT format and installed it into the computer, and I’m still having a boot problem.Below are the screenshots of the boot configurations and error message that I’m having: Boot sequence. 1- UEFI SABRENT SABRENT D89876

Clone HDD to SSD boot failure on a Dell Inspiron 15 3567

Hi I have a Inspiron 15 3567 Laptop that I recently cloned a SATA hdd over to a new samsung 860 SATA SSD using Macrium Reflect. After the clone, I installed the SSD and attempted to boot. (without the HDD hooked up). Windows 10 appears like its booting, but after 35 seconds at the boot screen, the system reboots and I get this screen:

I tried the following, but the same problem occurs:
    • Cloned the HDD from the Laptop with secure boot off and on different hardware.
    • Added a second boot entry to point to the efi boot and attempted to boot from the file.
    • disabled and enabled secure boot.
    • Cleared the security keys (After backing them up)
    • I ran the fixboot tool from macrium.

Here is a screen shot of the BIOS

For reference, Support Assist doesnt even see the SSD (I cloned all the partitions)

The SSD boots fine in another configuration, but it does not boot in the laptop itself so I know its not the clone. I'm pretty sure its a BIOS setting that I have over looked. Has anyone experienced this?

  3. Automatic repair while booting from hdd and installing windows on ssd.

    1. Migrated windows from hdd to ssd
    2. Formatted hdd
    3. Prioritised boot from ssd in bios
    4. Turned on the pc
    5. Automatic repair

To deal with this I select boot from a device > then EFI USB device > it says no bootable USB detected, select from these drives > there are few options including the newly installed ssd > I select ssd > then it shows disk checking, press any key to stop > I stop it > windows then boots from ssd.

It very difficult to repeat all this everytime I turn on my pc. Please suggest a fix.
