Windows 10: NEWLY RSET WIN 10 PC ISSUE

I just had my Win 10 PC reset to factory settings. I am attempting to log in to my Gmail account, but the password box will only allow me four characters of the eight I need for the password. Is there a fix for this?Also, how do I get rid of items on the taskbar that I do not need. For instance, temperature and weather, meet now, HP support assistant.Thank you, Jeff

Win 10 1607 Restart Issue


I am having a Win 10 1607 restart issue.

In my case the PC tries to restart but the monitor screen goes black and then the monitor screen powers off.

The PC keeps running but will not restart.

I have to push the reset button to restart the PC.

Shut down works fine.

In both restart and shutdown there are no spinning dots...

Can any one help with this restart issue.

I have tried most suggestions on the interwebz:////

My next step is to go back to the previously installed version 1511 in which restart worked then do an upgrade from the 1607 ISO I downloaded.

If this fails I will bite the bullet and do a clean install but I would rather just resolve the issue if I can as I have Win 10 running just the way I like it:///

However, the solution to which you pointed me was specific to Win 8.1 but my issue is with upgrade from Win 7.

It would be grateful if you could provide us few questions answer to understand the issue better and to provide you better assistance.

• What is the make and model of the computer? Home built with ASUS
  Z97-AR motherboard.
• What happen when you try to log-in with Microsoft account? Do you get any error message/error code?
  Let me first emphasize that this problem is specific to this PC only. On any other machine (an ASUS All-in-One, an HP laptop and 2 Windows phones) and the web (including this site) I have no problems whatsoever and
  get in perfectly. On this specific PC nothing happens . . . no error code, no message . . . in fact no reaction at all . . . just goes back to the log in!

The issues you are facing could be due to the Microsoft account, to get full access all the Windows 10 features you need to log-in with Microsoft account.
(If only I could!) I would suggest you to go to the below link and try suggestion provided by Wasim A and check if that helps in resolving the issue.
As above, this is specific to Win 8.1.

A few new thoughts/questions:

• 
  Please confirm that the second (let’s call it the “last time” confirmation password required is the password used to log into the user account). However, in my case they are the same. Although the
  logins seem to accept it (or better said rejects all others) any chance that this could be the problem?
  
• 
  When and if I roll back and try and install Win 10 again. Would it be better to leave the user account password blank for the first log in?
  

However, before I roll back to Win 7, any other suggestions would be gratefully received.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
