Windows 10: News and Interest Breaks Everytime and Doesn't Show Weather Without Me Clicking On It!!!

News and interest, even after booting the PC turns into a folder icon, and it even completely disappear sometimes. I need to click on it to make it load! And it works even when it disappears when I click on it.It is so annoying! The whole point of having it is to having a real-time updates, without need to touch it! Weather is not refresh in taskbar and how to completely turn off breaking news in News and Interests

After install KB5017380, 7 days ago is not refresh and also breaking news.

I suggest how to completely turn off breaking news [also hightlights] during click weather on taskbar but no way to disable because increase CPU and RAM.

My Windows 10 version 19044.2075.

 

Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Windows weather app

Try to reset the app in settings under the apps list and finding weather then click advanced. There should now be an option to click reset.

if that doesn’t work you can try to find it in store and select repair

only other way tag has helped me in past is to use ccleaner to uninstall the app and then go to store and reinstall it
