Windows 10: News and Interest not displaying disappearing when taskbar location is top.

Hi!I have two PC with W10 latest updates installed as far as I see in WU, and I use Windows with a Taskbar located on the top edge of the screen. I've notice yesterday that on one of my PCs I can enable "News and Interest" in that taskbar location, but on the second PC I am unable to do something like that. Anyone knows why or have a solution maybe?I still can enable it when I move Taskbar to bottom position, but when I enable News and Interests and move Taskbar to top again, this panel disappears with also an option to turn it on or off.On the 2nd PC - News and Interest can be enabled or di

Taskbar has Vanished on Main Display

Hello. I recently upgraded my cables from VGA to DVI, and was playing around with monitor resolutions. Somehow, on my left display, the taskbar has disappeared, and I don't know how to get it back. Any suggestions? (NOTE: Changing the main display doesn't work, and neither does changing taskbar location [top, left etc.])

Sudden changes in the location of the taskbar can occur due to misconfiguration in Windows settings. But you don't have to worry, you can modify the location where the taskbar will be displayed. Follow these steps to change the location of your taskbar:

• Right click on your taskbar.
• Choose Taskbar settings.
• Look for Taskbar location on screen. The drop-down button under it will let you choose your preferred location for the taskbar.

Windows 10 Taskbar sometimes on top of full-screen applications

I suggest you to change the Screen Resolution and check if this helps. Follow the steps below to do the same:

• Press ‘Windows ’ key on the keyboard.
• In the search box, type Settings
  
• SelectSystem > Display > Advanced display settings.
• Under Resolution, select a new value. We suggest you stick with the resolution marked
  "(Recommended)”.

Also try locking and then unlocking the Taskbar and check if this helps. Follow the steps below:

• Right-click an empty space on the taskbar.
• If Lock the Taskbar has a check mark next to it, the taskbar is locked.
  
• If it does not have a check mark, click Lock the Taskbar.
