Windows 10: News and Intrests Broken Completely

Whenever trying to click the News and interests on the taskbar nothing happens except a slight sliding animation. and it's stuck with the icon of news and intrests in the settingsDisabling and Re-enabling does nothing same with restarting explorer too.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

windows 10 news and intrests keep dissapearing

when i turn on the news and intrests option on the taskbar it dissapears after a few minutes and the weather is not updating to what the weather actually is please help me or give me useful information
