Windows 10: News & Interests make explorer process flashing

Hello,Windows 10 new feature - News & Interests really really no help with me. I tried "Turn Off" but taskbar still occurred flashing problem I cannot click anywhere on taskbar and explorer process also freezeThen I looked for here question and Windows Updates release history.KB5003214 - Is available to install News & InterestsSo I checked on my laptop - btw, my laptop is HP EliteBook 840 G3. Only has been installed those updates package:KB4562830 KB5004237 KB5003537 Servicing Stack 10.0.19041.1081How can I permanently remove News & Interests?Thank you in advance
