    New version of Windows Media Player, version 12.019041.5848. The next video and previously played video arrows are MISSING. My hard drive crashed. Installed a new hard drive with a clean install of Windows 10. Upgrade to 11 soon The new Windows MP does not have the next or previous arrows located on the right and left side of the screen, as in All previous versions of Windows MP. Critical mistake by Microsoft, as you can't play a queue of videos. Nor return to the previously played videos. Why did Microsoft remove this feature from Windows MP?Now, your previous answers from the Microsoft Com

    Windows Media Player 12 will not play the Video portion of the video.

    Windows Media Player 12 will not play the video portion of the video. It only plays the audio portion. How can this be fixed?

    Faulty Windows Media Player

    Windows Mesdis Player developed a fault (Played jerky an missed bits) so I down loaded Media Player 10.

    It's no better. Any suggestions (I run Windows 98)

    can someone tell me why windows media player 12 wont play youtube video's, it plays the
    audio side but not the video of it..

    I had windows media player 11 in before the windows 10 update and now media player wont
    play the videos only audio..

    need help here...
