Windows 10: Nextar MP3 Player

I have several Nextar mp3 players. The older ones seem to work okay with windows 10 and the computer sees it so i can sync music. The same models only recently purchased don't show up on my computer and when I try to sync it says please connect a device. Any idea what I can do to get my computer to recognize the mp3 player so i can sync music? Thank you

I have a Creative 8GB mp3 player ad wondering if anyone else has some good suggestions beyond WMP for syncing my library too it.

To delete music files using the computer, follow these steps:

1. Connect your mp3 player to the computer.

3. Locate the folder where your music files are stored.

4. Right click and select delete the music files or folder.
