Windows 10: Nextbook NXW10QC32G external keyboard not working

One day while I was typing an essay for a class, the external keyboard my nextbook tablet came with stopped working complete. I have had to use the nextbook in tablet mode. I tried troubleshooting but nothing. Then going to the manfacturer's website to download a driver. My model isn't in the options for downloads. What do I do to fix this?

This issue could have occurred due to these reasons:

1. Damaged hardware.

2. Corrupt keyboard driver.



Try the steps listed here:



Method 1:

I suggest you to run hardware troubleshooter and check.

a) Press Windows Key on the keyboard.

b) Type Troubleshooting in the search box and hit
enter.

c) Click on Hardware and sound.

d) Click on Hardware and device and follow the on-screen instructions.



Method 2:

If the issue persists, I suggest you to download and install latest keyboard driver from the manufacturer website and check if it helps.

my nextbook 10.1 has a keyboard malfunction

I updated my nextbook NXW10QC32G to windows 10. When I try to use my keyboard several of the keys type the wrong characters. All of the number keys,as well as u,i,o,p,j,k,l and m have to have the fn key pressed to use those letters and numbers.

 

NextBook 8.1 NXW10QC32G Reset

Hi, I'm trying to reset my Nextbook 8.1. I saw a you tube video and the guy made it work. But its not happening with mine by holding power button and volume botton. I there any other way I cant reset my nextbook?
