Windows 10: Nightlight button greyed out on Win 11

So apparently, my laptop has some RAM issues, and I have to disable few features that run in the background, and I don't know if i accidentally stop a Service Host task or not, that leaded to my current problem, the nightlight button was greyed.I have tried to fix the problem by some solution I found online, but neither of these solutions can solve my issue.What should I do now?

I deleted the two registry entries suggested here, but the nightlight setting is still grayed out, Redirecting

If I create a new account this setting works fine . I could delete the malfunctioning account but short of copying the registry from one account to another, I don't know how to move the files and few setting and make a few programs available in the new.
If I copy and move the registry then the defect follows.

Any suggestions please.

 

Docking Stations that work with Windows 11 Nightlight Feature

Are there any docking stations that work with Windows 11 nightlight feature (2 HDMI connections)? The dell docking station I have now apparently does not work with the feature.

My main monitor has nightlight enabled, but the other two monitors do not. When I plug the monitor directly into the laptop, the nightlight feature works on the monitor.

 

Nightlight is broken/wont turn on or off, quick access button also broke

i did what you said, but the problem is that is says it is "on" when it is not on at all, and the buttons when i click them wont all turn "off". there is no nightlight effect on my screen even though it says its on. after restarting my pc having done what you suggest, i still cannot turn get the buttons to react still.
