    NLA blocking SIP traffic?


    Hi,We have some users from a call center working from home using a SIP client to take calls. When they connect to Wi-Fi looks like windows automatically changed the network profile to public. This was the issue. But all firewall profiles were off. If network sharing and discovery is disabled, where does the SIP client, and the SIP traffic come into play with this? Anyone familiar with this?Thanks,Ed

    Zonealarm Blocking Multicast and other Traffic

    That's the thing though, I haven't ever had to set up zones, adding IPs, etc. I have only had to set permissions in the program list, allow, deny, etc. According to my archived logs, the blocked traffic only started on February 7th.

    Why does BITS require the NLA service?

    Why does BITS require the NLA service? All we need to update is an IP and a working DNS and internet connection. For which reason doesn't BITS start if NLA doesn't run? It's not listed in it's dependencies, though starting fails with an event log entry saying
    it requires NLA.

    RDP Connection to machine running Windows 7 Professional with NLA

    I have upgraded to Windows 10 Home from Windows 7 Home. I need to connect via RDP through a VPN to a computer running Windows 7 Professional with NLA enabled. I was able to successfully do this running Windows 7 Home, I can no longer make this connection
    under Windows 10. I am connecting to my work computer, I can successfully connect to the work computer that is running Windows 7 Professional if NLA is turned off on the Windows 7 Professional machine however IT security requires NLA to be enabled. Any
    suggestions?
