Windows 10: NLTmpMnt01 Folder in %appdata%\local\temp folder

Hello,So i was browsing in my temp folder and found this Folder: Picture is in belowWhen i enter this folder, it feels like in its Main C: Drive Contains:"PerfLogs, Program Files, Program Files x86, Users, Windows" Folders.This also cant delete though.but My question is, What is that folder about/referred to?

AppData/Local/Temp folder has deleted a file

Stupidly I have been working on a temporary CAD file in AppData/Local/Temp folder, not sure how it happened (power cut maybe) but it came up as the top file on my list of recent files and I just opened it worked on it a few days ago and saved it. Actually
I must have done this several days in a row. Scroll forward to today and it still comes up on my file list but doesn't seem to actually exist anymore. I have tried a file search with no luck. Several days work lost it seems. Does this file still exist somewhere?

High capacity and fast fill of AppData\Local\Temp\jnjl32fl folder

Hi,

Recently i wound out that "USER\AppData\Local\Temp\jnjl32fl" folder get big pretty fast, and can reach 1GB data after 2 days.

The folder contain Temp data of different microsoft application, especially, but not only, visual studio data.

Please note that as I do installed VS, but i didn't used it in past week.

Partial report show in the bottom.

Is it a normal behavior? can it be some malware using those location?

Please advice.

What is the difference between %TEMP% folder and the TEMP folder in C:\Windows\TEMP ?

I understand that you would like to know the difference between C:\ temp and %temp%. We will assist you.

Windows Temporary files are created by the operating system during the normal course of its running when there may not be enough memory allocated for the task.

Software which use large amounts of data like Graphics, Video or Media editing software also create temporary files.

Temporary files are also created for back up purposes by its respective programs. These temp files are left behind even after the task is over which leads to disk space usage.

The Temporary Files in Windows are typically found located in two locations:

• %systemdrive%\Windows\Temp
• %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Temp

The Temporary files created by the Windows operating system are usually stored in the %system%\Windows\Temp folderand this is where the system itself will put temporary files during installations.

The temporary files created by the User when running any software is stored in his user profile at %userprofiles%\AppData\Local\. The other folder typically located at C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp, is created for each User. This folder
is hidden and you will have to first ‘un-hide’ System folders from the Folder Options.
