Windows 10: nlvddmkm error while playing on 960M

Hi, while playing any game even low required games the game shut down in 5 mins approx and the only solution is to restart the whole pc.The errors are these three use translator No se encuentra la descripción del id. de evento 14 en el origen nvlddmkm. Nvidia GTX 960m drivers problems on Windows 10

Thank you for contacting Microsoft Community. I understand that you are getting Blue Screen error while playing videos or games.
I will surely help you to fix this issue.

This issue could have occurred due to these reasons:

• 
  Outdated driver.
  
• 
  Missing Updates.
  

Try the steps listed here:

Method 1:

I suggest you to download and install all the available Windows update and check if it helps.

Method 2:

I see that you have tried re-installing the drivers. However if you have not tried uninstalling the display driver and installing the latest version of
display driver from the computer manufacturer website, you may try the same. Check if it helps.

Step 1: Uninstall the sound driver.

a. Press Windows Key + X and then click
Device Manger.

b. Expand ‘Sound Video and Game Controllers”.

c. Right-click on ‘High Definition Audio Device
and select ‘uninstall’.

d. Follow the prompt and restart the computer.



Step 2:



As Windows 10 drivers are not available, I suggest you to install latest display from computer manufacturer website in driver in compatibility mode.

To install the display driver
in compatibility mode, I would suggest you to follow these steps:

a. Download the latest display driver from the manufacturer’s website and save it on your local disk.

b. Right-click on the setup file of the driver and select “Properties”.

c. Select “Compatibility” Tab.

d. Place a check mark next to “Run this program in Compatibility mode” and
select latest Windows version from the drop down list.

e. Let the driver install and then check the functionality.

BEX64 error only occurred when I was playing Battlefield5

To address the issue, kindly help us with the following questions.

1. What is the make and model of the computer?
   
2. What is the exact error message that is displayed while you play the game?
   
3. Are you facing this issue on Xbox console or Windows PC?
   

BEX64 error is caused by the saved files while you play the game. Kindly check with the below suggestions and see if it works.

• Delete all saved files (game files) from your users/documents folder (possibly libraries/documents folder).
  
• Start the game launcher from origin.
  
• If the origin syncs saved files before starting the launcher > Perform step 1 again.
  
• If it doesn’t sync, start the game and Play.
  

Note: Delete only the game files, do not delete the personal files.

Kindly help us with the above queries and respond with the status of the issue.

Play back error

There could either be a corrupted or missing data file that's causing this playback error. We'd like to know more information so we could provide an accurate resolution to have this issue fixed. Kindly answer the following:

• Have you made any changes to your computer prior to this issue?
• What media player are you using?
• Are you receiving any stop codes aside from the error message?
• Are you experiencing this issue on all of your media files?
• Have you tried playing any of your media files on a different user profile and encounter the same error message?
  

In the meantime, we suggest that you play any of your media files in a different user profile. This will help us isolate if the issue has something to do with your current user profile. In case that you don't have other user profiles, you can refer to this
